Kentucky State Police are reconstructing a fatal accident in Henderson County.
Investigators say 36-year-old Joseph E. Revlett of Owensboro was traveling south on U.S. 41, when his car stalled in the right lane of the southbound Twin Bridge.
According to KSP, Revlett began pushing his car from the rear while a passenger, 25-year-old Casey M. Thurman of Owensboro, helped to steer.
46-year-old Arthur Kampf of Mount Vernon, Indiana was also traveling south on U.S. 41 in a Ford F-450 truck. Police say Kampf was unable to see the stalled car in time.
His truck ran into the rear of the car, and Revlett died from the impact.
The collision also threw Thurman away from the car and into the left lane of the southbound bridge.
Thurman was taken by ambulance to Deaconess Hospital in Evansville. She was treated for injuries to her shoulder, arm and legs.
The investigation is ongoing.
