Ellis Park has been sold again.
The horse track was just purchased last year by Saratoga, but the Kentucky Horse Racing Commission approved the sale to Ellis Entertainment, LLC during today’s meeting.
Also approved for the Henderson, Kentucky track was their racing license and the addition of 900 new racing machines.
The sale is expected to be complete by the end of June.
