The father of a three-month-old boy is facing charges in connection with his death.
23-year-old Rashid Caruthers is in the Vanderburgh County jail on no bond.
He faces a charge of neglect of a dependent causing death.
Investigators were called to the home on Covert Avenue for a medical emergency because 3-month-old Kendrick Caruthers was unresponsive.
First responders say the infant was not breathing, and was cold and limp.
The family says they are looking to start a fund to help pay for funeral expenses.
