A 14-year-old kid in Phoenix took his parents’ car for a joy ride while they were out of town. They found out after someone reported the car for speeding, and they got a call from the local police. So they punished him by giving away ALL of his stuff. They emptied out his bedroom, and put it all on the sidewalk for people to take. He also had to sit there with a sign that explained what he did. But he says he thinks the punishment was fair.
