An agreement is in place to sell Evansville’s Tropicana casino for 480 million dollars.
Owner Caesars Entertainment will turn the property over to Gaming and Leisure Properties, and Twin River Worldwide Holdings.
Twin River will also obtain sports betting and I-gaming rights associated with the casino.
The deal will become final next summer, pending regulatory approval
