Sonic Slushies are getting the hard seltzer treatment. The fast food chain has teamed up with a company to launch the new boozy drinks. They’ll come in fan favorite flavors like Lemon Berry, Classic Lemonade and Cherry Limeade but customers can also try Mango, Guava and Orange Pineapple in the tropical variety pack. There’s no word yet on where the new seltzers will go on sale, but it won’t be at Sonic. At the moment, they’re set to roll out on May 1st.
Definitely the biggest beverage news this year for Oklahoma. @sonicdrivein and @COOPAleWorks have entered into an agreement that will triple COOP’s production. Sonic is bringing some of their famous flavors to hard seltzer starting May 1. @405Mag @RNDC_USA pic.twitter.com/p7vQCzYVQD
