A giant guitar auction is coming up in Los Angeles on December 11th to benefit Music Rising.
Elton John, Pearl Jam, Joe Walsh, Rush, Ron Wood, Joan Jett, Bruce Springsteen, Lou Reed, and many other artists are offering their guitars and other instruments for the charity.
This includes goodies from U2’s private collection including the 2005 Limited Edition Gibson Les Paul Music Rising guitar that Edge played during ‘One’ on the Joshua Tree tours of 2017 and 2019.
I doubt I’ll be able to afford one of these beauties, but I just might get the $25 bidding catalog, aka “guitar porn”. Insert heavy breathing HERE!
