An Owensboro man is accused of pulling a handgun on a Burger King employee.
Owensboro Police say they responded to the 2400 block of Patriot run around 6:00 am Thursday morning.
They caught up with 32 year old Jeffrey Jennings inside a vehicle on McConnell Ave.
Officials say, when they tried to approach the vehicle, Jennings accelerated to hit one of the officers, along with a police cruiser and a pole.
Authorities say he was in possession of a large amount of meth when arrested.
Jennings is in the Daviess County Detention Center facing several charges.
