Police were called to Deaconess Henderson Hospital to investigate a male victim that had been stabbed.
Officers were told that Jeffery Whitlock had been visiting Chapelwood Place apartments.
A judge had ordered him to stay away from the complex.
The victim told Whitlock to leave, that’s when the victim was stabbed several times.
He was charged with burglary and violation of conditions release.
Whitlock is in the Henderson County Detention Center.
