Fugitive Casey White is back in Alabama after waiving his right of extradition and the Vanderburgh County Coroner released the cause of death for Vicky White as suicide.
The two were apprehended Monday afternoon after a short car chase.
According to Sheriff Dave Wedding, the outcome could of been much worse.
White told authorities, that he had planned a shootout with law enforcement.
Deputies found an arsenal of weapons and $29,000 in cash in their vehicle.
