Mayoral candidate Gabriel Whitely along with Young Conservatives of Southern Indiana and the sites administrator Spencer McDaniel were named in a defamation lawsuit filed by Central Indiana Broadcaster Robert Kendall.
He says Whitley and McDaniel called him a “pedo”, slang for pedophile on the Facebook site, which Kendall adamantly denies.
McDaniel, has since made this statement…”I was told today… me, Young Conservatives of Southern Indiana and Honest Gabe For Evansville Mayor are being sued for Defamation.
Gabriel Whitley had no part in this, I run the page, but it was a joke and I take full responsibility.
