Taylor Swift has taken over the music world, as well as the world of football with her recent sightings with Kansas City Chiefs Tight End Travis Kelce. Her fans, the self-titled ‘Swifties’, will do anything to see their hero in person. A restaurant in Connecticut was swarmed by her fans because of rumors that she was there visiting with her new boo Travis. As the fans surrounded the restaurant thanks to rumors on social media, they were soon disappointed when they realized it wasn’t really Travis and Taylor. Well, it was, but not the humans we know as Travis and Taylor. Fans were duped when they found out there were two scarecrows dressed as the famous couple.

As much investigating the Swifties are known for, it’s surprising to see them getting tricked like this. Fortunately for them, Taylor will have a second Eras Tour in 2024 and is popping up at Kansas City Chiefs games to see Travis play. She’s even cozied up to other notable family members of other Chiefs players. Recently, she was seen putting on a show for a secret handshake with Brittany Mahomes, the wife of quarterback Patrick Mahomes.
