A cyber tip from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children led to the arrest of a Reelsville, Indiana man.
The tip report indicated that a specific account possibly received child pornography images or video files.
39-year-old Matthew Hopper was taken into custody on Wednesday without incident.
Hopper is locked up at the Putnam County Jail on a $20,000 cash-only bond.
If convicted Hopper could face a six-year prison sentence and a fine of up to $10,000.
