The North High School teacher accused of committing sex crimes was booked into the Vanderburgh County Jail.
Noah McBride had been in the hospital after allegedly harming himself.
The alleged victim told officials at Holly’s House about the multiple sexual interactions she had with McBride when she was 15 years old.
McBride is facing several charges, including 8 counts of child seduction and 3 counts of child solicitation.
