Owensboro Police have arrested a man involved in a hit-and-run that killed a pedestrian and critically hurt another.
21-year-old Anderson Xol is facing several charges, including murder.
The accident happened on Frederica Street near the intersection of Fulton Drive.
Witnesses described the vehicle that hit the two pedestrians as a green passenger car with heavy front-end damage.
The accident reconstruction unit has collected video from nearby businesses to see if the pedestrians had the right of way.
The names of the victims have not been released at this time.
