An Owensboro man is in jail after threatening someone with a gun in Utica.
Deputies responded to a disturbance on Sunday, where witnesses told deputies that a man, later identified as Austin Henson, had produced a handgun during an argument and threatened to shoot a woman.
Henson was located a short time later and was questioned about the altercation.
He told deputies he had gone to Mill Street to visit family, but encountered someone with whom he had an ongoing dispute and lost it.
Deputies located the firearm in his vehicle and verified it was loaded.
Henson faces Wanton Endangerment and Terroristic Threatening.
