A mother and daughter are under arrest after a weekend fight in downtown Evansville.
Callers told dispatch that they could hear them screaming and breaking things.
Lashana Wills and her mother, Amberzella Craig, both initially denied any physical altercation, but officers could see scratches to Wills’ chest and some redness around Craig’s neck and chest.
Craig later admitted that she and Wills had argued over Wills having a “booty call” over to the house.
She said that Wills became angry with her and pushed her into a table, causing her to fall.
Both were transported and booked into Vanderburgh County Jail on domestic battery charges.
