An Evansville man is facing charges after a woman found him standing naked outside her home.
She told officers she was sitting on her porch when she started hearing what she thought were animal noises.
Then, out of nowhere, a man popped out with his pants around his ankles.
He then asked her for a cigarette before walking off.
Officers located Elijah Akpan and arrested him.
He is charged with public nudity and public intoxication.
