Evansville rental rates are up marginally from last year, according to a new report from ApartmentList.com.
Currently, median rents in Evansville stand at $670 for a one-bedroom apartment and $870 for a two-bedroom unit.
Evansville’s year-over-year rent increase of 0.8% lags behind the state average at 1.0%.
The most expensive cities were Carmel and Fishers in central Indiana at $1,200 per month for a two-bedroom unit.
Nationwide, the average rent price is $1,180.
