Owensboro Police say a pedestrian who was hit by a car last month has passed away.
The accident occurred on February 22nd at the intersection of Second and Frayser. 48-year-old Joyce Ann Clements was struck by a vehicle and went to the hospital for treatment.
Clements has since passed away from her injuries. So far, no charges have been filed against the driver.
