By now most kids are on their summer break from school, or will be soon, and while they are probably super excited, it’s a pretty safe bet their parents don’t feel the same way. With kids home that means moms and dads have to find ways to entertain them, and they aren’t happy about it.
Well, many parents have taken to Twitter to sum up how they feel about the next eight or so weeks of their kids’ summer break and it’s downright hilarious.
Tweets show how parents really feel about summer break include:
First day of summer break! Woot!
-drop baby off @ daycare
-big kids to eye doctor
-kids w me to Target
-lunch and park with the bigs
-home to drop off tired big kids
-to daycare to pickup baby
-allergy doc appt for baby (2 hrs!!)I’m exhausted! Maybe work is more of a break?!

Hiding in my room to watch Orange Is the New Black is how I plan to survive summer break with my kids.

There’s a name for when your life becomes a series of mini nervous breakdowns throughout the day.
It’s called being a mom during summer break.
