Trial got under way Tuesday for former Gibson County Clerk Jim Morrow.
Prosecutors say Morrow got into a verbal altercation with a man outside of Sam’s Food Mart in Princeton back in April of 2019.
Morrow reportedly walked away and returned with a gun which he pointed into the man’s back.
Morrow’s trial is taking place in Vanderburgh County after Morrow requested a change of venue.
Opening arguments took place before the jury yesterday (Tues) on the three felony charges he faces.
