INDOT will be putting up a memorial sign in Mount Vernon to honor Korean War veterans.
The sign will go up on Highway 69 along the 38th parallel, the line denoting 38 degrees north latitude.
The 38th parallel marked the dividing line between North and South Korea during the war.
This line also passes through Posey County.
