Evansville police officers responded to a domestic violence circumstance Monday evening.
They spotted suspect 57 year old Charles Hardin coming out of a building in the 1000 block of West Franklin Street.
Officers say, when they approached Hardin they saw two knives poking out of his pocket.
After being put in handcuffs, they found 60 grams of a man made narcotic that tested positive for fentanyl.
Hardin starting kicking officers as they continued searching him.
He is facing several charges including dealing, battery against a public safety official and domestic battery.
