An Evansville doctor was terminated after he was caught looking at the medical records of Deaconess Hospital patients.
These woman were sent a letter from the hospital explaining that their protected health information was violated.
The women are suing Doctor Akitto Ledda and Deaconess Hospital Systems.
Lawyers say each woman had similar stories of meeting Dr. Ledda at a Franklin Street bar.
He would approach them and flirt, then be rejected.
He went as far as showing up at a woman’s job with lunch and a love letter.
She never told him where she worked.
The lawsuit was filed on Tuesday with some Deaconess employees subpoenaed in the case.
