A Posey County Councilman was arrested over the weekend after a confrontation with another man.
Indiana State Police say, they responded to a call at the home of 38 year old Aaron Wilson around 8:10pm on Saturday.
He struck and made threats toward the victim.
Wilson is charged with battery and intimidation and is locked up at the Posey County Jail.
