Evansville dispatch received a call about a person covered with blood and appeared to have been stabbed, Saturday around 5:00 pm.
EPD Officers arrived shortly to Mo’s House, a cocktail bar on Parrett Street.
They located a male victim inside with a stab wound to the neck and in critical condition.
The victim later passed away at the hospital.
Witnesses told police the two men arguing seemed to know each other.
Police located 29 year old Zachary Parksey, who was covered in blood and acted like he could not walk or stay awake.
Once medically cleared, Parksey was taken to jail and charged with murder.
