Evansville Police had their hands full while arresting a woman high on opiates.
Officers responded to an accident with injuries late Friday afternoon at the intersection of Vogel and Burkhardt.
The driver, 26-year-old Chloe Culver explained to police she was sleepy and tired from working.
Officers say they found heroin and a used needle inside the car.
After failing several field sobriety tests and being placed in cuffs she began screaming.
Once in the patrol car, Culver unbuckled her seatbelt, started kicking the door, and had to be restrained.
She was booked into the Vanderburgh County Jail on a $5,000 bond.
