A Kentucky business owner was arrested Thursday on a felony theft charge.
29-year-old Shawn Ray Hull was arrested on the same charge in Washington County earlier this month.
Last September a homeowner contacted the Indiana State Police to report she had paid Hull more than $15,000 for a window replacement that never happened.
In November, a second victim reported they paid Power Home Exteriors $7,000 for work that never happened.
Hull had listed the business online with a phony Louisville address.
He is currently in the Floyd County Jail.
