A couple accused of embezzling money from their jobs at Burdette Park have been sentenced.
Scott and Catherine Thompson received two years of probation for withholding cash payments from campground lot rental payments.
Investigation by the Vanderburgh County Sheriff’s Office began with reports of irregularities in 2021.
Investigators determined that more than $17,000 had turned up missing.
