Jasper native, Republican Senator Mike Braun will be Indiana’s next Governor.
He beat out Democrat Jennifer McCormick and Libertarian Donald Rainwater.
In Vanderburgh County, Braun had 53.4% of the vote.
McCormick followed with 43.7% and Rainwater 2.9%.
Current Governor Eric Holcomb was term-limited after holding the office for eight years.
