An Owensboro man has been arrested after he was seen doing meth outside of a casino.
Dispatch confirmed the man was 41-year-old James Reeder, who was wanted on multiple felony warrants.
When deputies ordered him to get out of his car, he took off at a high rate of speed, hitting the front end of a patrol car.
The chase reached speeds close to 100 mph.
The chase was stopped due to traffic in the area.
Reeder abandoned his vehicle and fled on foot.
He was found a short time later.
