An Owensboro mother is charged with criminal abuse after her 6-week-old infant was taken to the hospital with multiple injuries.
24-year-old Rachel Basham admitted to intentionally inflicting harm to her child, causing internal injuries and multiple broken bones.
The child remains under medical care and is reported to be in serious condition.
