Indiana State Police discovered $7 million of cocaine during a routine inspection by the Department of Transportation in Putnam County.
On Saturday afternoon, Troopers stopped a blue International semi-truck-trailer on I-70.
During a conversation with the driver, criminal indicators were observed, and a positive alert from a Police K-9 led to a probable cause search.
309 pounds of cocaine were found in the berth of the truck.
25-year-old Gurpreet Singh and 30-year-old Jasveer Singh, both of California, were arrested and taken to jail in Greencastle.
