An armed felon is arrested following a brief car chase in Evansville.
On Monday morning, officers spotted a speeding vehicle on Highway 41 and Riverside Drive.
Officers attempted to stop the vehicle, but the driver refused to do so.
During the pursuit, 28-year-old Nazhee Flowers struck two patrol cars.
Flowers also hit a parked car and a brick wall while turning into an alleyway.
Inside the vehicle, detectives found baggies containing around 198 grams of cocaine along with a loaded handgun.
Flowers’ child and girlfriend were also inside the vehicle.
Flowers is facing several charges, including possession of a firearm by a felon and neglect of a dependent.
