Indiana Governor Mike Braun delivered his 2026 State of the State address last night.
He highlighted economic achievements from 2025, including a rise in average hourly earnings of over 4%.
The governor also spoke about high utility rates and the struggle for Hoosiers to afford to buy a home.
Braun also addressed medical costs, saying the state needs solutions to make healthcare more affordable.
Lowering the cost of childcare is also a priority.
Braun stated that he would keep working on behalf of Hoosiers by legislating, advocating, and advancing meaningful policies that help families get ahead.
