EVANSVILLE, IN – Southwest Indiana Workforce and WorkOne are partnering to gather employers for
spring and winter job fairs at the Evansville office. Job seekers will be able to attend the free event and speak
with employers about the employment opportunities they have to offer.
The five upcoming job fairs will host dozens of different employers across southwest Indiana. Those employers
will have the opportunity to meet with job seekers with different experience and skill backgrounds.
The upcoming job fairs will be held on February 5, March 5, April 16, May 14, and June 11. Each job fair is held
at the Evansville WorkOne office at 4600 Washington Ave. Ste 113. The job fairs begin at 9 a.m. and last until
11:30 a.m.
The job fair is free to attend for both employers and job seekers.
Southwest Indiana Workforce Executive Director Sara Worstell says that these events help dozens get
connected to employment each year.
“The monthly Evansville job fairs are a great opportunity for job seekers to see the career opportunities a
variety of employers have to offer,
” Worstell says.
We encourage job seekers to make an appointment with a WorkOne employment specialist in the days
leading up to the job fair so that they are prepared with a polished resume and ready to meet the different
