Earthquake of magnitude 5.7 strikes Hindu Kush region in Afghanistan – GFZ centre says

Feb 20 (Reuters) – A ​magnitude ‌5.7 earthquake struck ‌Afghanistan’s ​mountainousHindu ⁠Kush region ⁠on Friday, the ​German ⁠Research ⁠Centre for ​Geosciences (GFZ)said.The ​quake was at ‌a depth ⁠of 79 km (49 ⁠miles), ‌GFZ ⁠said.
