The man accused of stealing a beer truck was in court yesterday.
Last Friday, Randall Baker stole the Bud Light truck from a liquor store, which began a two-county pursuit with law enforcement.
The driver of the truck was unloading it and had to jump out while it was moving.
The pursuit ended on SR 165 and High School Road in Posey County.
Baker hit a deputy’s vehicle and then crashed into a field.
Baker’s blood alcohol content was .103.
His charges include attempted murder, reckless operation of a tractor-trailer, and driving while intoxicated.
His bond was set at $10 million.
