A shooting in Henderson County leaves one man dead and another in the hospital.
It happened just before midnight on Saturday in Waverly.
When deputies arrived, they found two men with gunshot wounds.
A 35-year-old Henderson County man was pronounced dead at the scene.
Witnesses say that there was an argument before the shooting.
Two of the suspects fled but were found and taken into custody.
No names have been released at this time.
