Prog rockers Yes are hitting the road this summer to celebrate the 50th Anniversary Close to the Edge (United Kingdom tour). They will be performing Close to the Edge in it’s entirety and other songs as well.
Lineup will feature Steve Howe, Geoff Downes, Jon Davison, Billy Sherwood, and Jay Schellen filling in for the ill Alan White.
That’s the music part…let’s talk about the iconic Yes album cover artwork by Roger Dean. Mr. Dean will be joining the tour with an exhibition of Yes related art! Plus he will direct full production and video for the shows.
The tour kicks off June 15th in Glasgow and then Yes will embark on a Japan tour in September. No word yet on any US dates.
