An Evansville woman is facing a list of charges, including criminal reckless driving with a deadly weapon.
Saturday afternoon, Evansville police were on the scene of an accident when a car plowed through the intersection.
The clean-up crew and an officer had to jump out of the way.
Police say 25-year-old Abreauna Griffin never hit the brakes.
The officer who pulled her over says that she showed signs of impairment and refused to take a breath test.
An empty bottle of whiskey was found inside the SUV.
Griffin is currently in the Vanderburgh County Jail.
