Police are investigating a stabbing that happened late Sunday night in Evansville.
It happened shortly before midnight at a home on East Delaware Street.
During their investigation, police discovered 39-year-old Vincenta Victoria Flores-Alfaro allegedly stabbed her male roommate with a knife during an argument.
According to police, Flores-Alfaro denied hurting him and insisted he did it to himself.
A witness later told police they saw her stab the victim with a kitchen knife.
Flores-Alfaro was arrested and booked into the Vanderburgh County Jail on charges of Domestic Battery and Intimidation with a Deadly Weapon.
