There is a new lead in a nearly 20-year-old missing-person case.
The truck belonging to 91-year-old Charles Haywood was found off the old U.S. Highway 60 Boat Ramp in Spottsville.
Haywood went missing in 2008 and was last seen in the Owensboro area.
A hobbyist diver from Carbondale found his truck while searching the Green River.
The truck has been transported to the Owensboro Police Department, where evidence will be collected and processed.
