There has been a third arrest in connection with a weekend shooting.
Achilles Johnson Jr. is accused of driving Jushaun Norfleet and Jeremiah Maffett to the Circle K on First Avenue.
Officers were able to find footage of Johnson getting out of the driver’s seat at a liquor store and then getting in before driving off.
Johnson claims he did not know what Maffett was going to do.
He is charged with Assisting a Criminal and Obstruction of Justice.
