KSP Releases The Name Of Pedestrian Killed In Henderson

The Kentucky State Police identified the pedestrian who was hit and killed late Tuesday night in Henderson.

66-year-old Lamont Henderson was walking across Green Street to Clay Street and had made it to the sidewalk when he was hit.

Police say the teenage driver was going at a high rate of speed when this happened, with some estimates putting the speed at 60 to 70 MPH.

Lamont died at the scene.
