Evansville has finalized an agreement with the ownership of Grandview Tower.
The building sits just off Fulton Avenue and has 170 apartments for seniors and people with disabilities.
The city is investing over $1 million to improve the 47-year-old complex.
The rehabilitation will include substantial upgrades to apartment interiors, including modernized kitchens and bathrooms, upgraded lighting and fixtures, new HVAC systems, and plumbing improvements.
There is no firm construction timeline yet.
