The West Side Nut Club donated over $850,000 at its annual Founder’s Day banquet.
Money was given to not-for-profits, schools, and other organizations.
Almost all the money raised comes from last year’s fall festival, which generated over 8 million dollars in economic impact.
Many booths set record sales, and the half-pot reached a record high.
Over the past 105 years, Evansville’s West Side Nut Club has donated over 11 million dollars to the community.
