Sep 05 (Field Level Media) – The Los Angeles Angels re-signed right-hander Shaun Anderson to a minor league contract on Friday.
Anderson, 31, has been moved on and off the roster frequently for the Angels over the past two seasons. He has been designated for assignment by the club three times this season.
Across his seven-year MLB career, Anderson has a 6.53 ERA, 1.72 WHIP and 145 strikeouts in 88 games (18 starts).
This season, he has made 12 appearances for the Angels (all in relief), posting a 7.65 ERA, 1.75 WHIP and 17 strikeouts.
