A suspect wanted for murder in Daviess County was caught in Henderson.
Police stopped him after noticing he was walking on the wrong side of the road.
After giving police a fake identity, Mi’kel Wimberly ran off.
He was apprehended following an on-foot pursuit.
Wimberly is wanted on murder charges in connection with the shooting death of Joshua Hardison in June of 2025.
Jonathan Brown and Mitchell McGuire were also charged in Hardison’s murder.
Wimberly is in the Henderson County Detention Center.
